Our Equipment

Using heavy duty truck-mounted equipment that is made for the commercial market, we utilize a deep steam cleaning water extraction method. Water pressure is set at up to 400 PSI for carpet and 1,200 PSI for tile, with continuous suction from the vacuum. Because the water temperature in the truck is heated to 240⁰, carpets, natural stone flooring and tile can get especially clean without the need to over-wet. Our specialized attachments can sanitize your flooring and give you the level of clean you expect.

Would Highly recommend Dan Dan to anyone. Gary showed up, prepped and got to work. In total, he spent over 6 hours getting my requested work done. I had a lot of stuff on my floors. Stuff I myself could not move due to suffering a Heart Attack a few weeks prior. I had 2 bathrooms done. Kitchen, bedroom and foyer and a very large Dining Room all with tile floors. I also had 2 larger area rugs done. What a difference. Gary did an amazing job. Even though the grout on the floor in the kitchen did not come as clean as I had hoped for. Gary tried, but we believe a darker grout (black) was originally used and a lighter placed on top. (or vice-versa), or possibly some type of coloring was applied over the original color. The next job will be my Florida Room tile floor. (My daughter just needs to buy her house and get her “Storage” stuff out of there.) I will not hesitate to call Dan Dan again to do that room!

Called Dan based upon references and quickly set up a date to have carpets and furniture cleaned as we had never had the carpets cleaned since installing them in the house five years ago. Just my wife and I, no kids or pets – just a sometimes messy five year old grandchild. Tech Jimmy came out and immediately assessed our needs and recommended the LOWEST price cleaning. No up selling, no pressure AT ALL. He then explained the process in detail and started work. It took him approximately 4.5 hours to finish the house and furniture – and it looked GREAT! My wife and I were completely satisfied and will never go to anyone else for carpet and furniture cleaning.

I am SO impressed with this company! I had them clean grout and carpet and they did a great job at both. My tile looks brand new, and I smile every time I walk into the kitchen. In all honesty, I was a die-hard Stanley Steamer girl, because it was so easy to book online and be done. I will NEVER use them again after I have seen what Dan Dan did! What a difference!! The employees were wonderful to deal with and scheduling was super easy. I called to schedule an appointment and they fit me in right away. If you have heard of the “2 second rule” if you drop a piece of food on the floor, it really no longer applies….because the floor is so clean, you could literally eat off of it!!!!!!
