Low-moisture Upholstery Tool

When you apply (“spray-on”) a quality fabric protection treatment (all surfaces get coverage) to upholstered furniture, a protective barrier is created to help prevent permanent staining and soiling. The odorless treatment does not change the look or feel of the fabric and it is safe for the environment (it’s non-allergenic too). This invisible barrier protects against the dirt and dust particles that cause excess abrasion and premature fabric wear.

Provided that the proper cleaning procedures are followed, treated upholstery will clean up easily and quickly after spills or other types of soiling. But, no fabric protector is absolutely impenetrable and improper cleaning methods can damage both the fabric and the treatment.

Dan, Dan recommends the application of a solvent-based protector. A durable coating the repels liquids, prevents, spotting, and resists soiling. This application can last through multiple professional steam cleaning. Alternately we can apply a water-based protection that will need to be replaced after each cleaning.
